Heal & TRANSFORM with creativity & mind-body practices.

Welcome, I’m Marga Fripp, a trauma-informed expressive art therapist, certified Qigong teacher, and artist in Western North Carolina.

During my 30 years of experience as a nonprofit executive and coach, I have helped empower thousands of women and families from domestic violence to immigrants, refugees, and trauma survivors.

QIGONG Group Classes & Private Instruction

Qigong is a gentle, moving meditation and energy healing practice similar to Tai Chi that transforms stress into vitality. Qigong strengthens the immune system, improves health, and cultivates ageless grace and wellbeing.

Let’s get started!

What people are saying.

  • “Your beautiful, sacred movement program has significantly uplifted my wellbeing and awakened my energy and my brain cells. Your luminous spirit and energy add premium wattage and love.”

    Cheryl

  • "How does one attune sensibilities that allow for deeper ways of knowing?  Marga embodies these tender sensibilities and shares her resources and goodwill as a sincere, exquisite guide.  She emanates a natural, genuine beauty of strength and softness, a maestro of attentive articulation and artistry."

    k2, Expressive Arts Expert

  • “Marga exudes calm and joy during her QiGong practice, making her leadership authentic and honest. She establishes a personal connection with each person in the group. I so looked forward to practicing with her, calming my body and mind.”

    Karen L.

  • “I am a former RN and now a professor and I hate exercise. But I love Marga’s classes because it is also about something we do not get in other programs: Tension relief! It is about loving ourselves and caring for ourselves and doing the simple things that we can do every day to enable good feelings, heightened happiness and all the while getting stronger, and well.”

    Meg

  • “My elbow was quite sore coming to class after slipping on ice and falling on my arm. The class was gentle enough, and I could easily adapt to practicing with one arm. It was interesting to tune in and notice my good arm activating and moving the flow of Qi to both arms like a big sister caring for a little sister. Finally, the ache and soreness of my elbow and arm became nearly non-existent.”
