Enjoy an inspiring and soul-nourishing weekend of art-making, creativity, and belonging with like-minded sojourning sisters. Immerse yourself into the wonder and mystery of arts, poetry and nature to cultivate more joy, flow, self-love and gratitude. No art skills are needed to participate in the program. All materials are provided.

Retreat workshops include intuitive collage making, mixed media art, poetry writing with found founds, gratitude practice & nature-based experiences, and mindful movement QiGong for relaxation and renewal.

Through a kind and compassionate approach, guided by the wisdom of the arts and our bodies, we will tap into the rich wellspring of our creativity, unleash intuition and awaken courage, and open our hearts to offer unconditional love and care to ourselves and each other.
